2/3 Cup of Organic Milk (I use whole milk, but you can reduce calories by using low or non fat)
2 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract (I like the strong vanilla flavor so I use a lot!)
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/3 Teaspoon Cinnamon (you can use less or more based on how strong you want the cinnamon flavor!) Your Favorite Brand of healthy bread (oat, wholegrain, multigrain.. whichever!)
Mix everything together well. Diagonally cut bread in half, let it soak for a good 10-15 min. I cook mine on an electric griddle that has a non stick surface. Make sure you don't use metal spatula's to flip them since they can damage the non-stick surface which can release harmful chemicals into your food! If I have extra batter left I will dip the already cooked slices again and cook again! I love to eat mine plain with just some fruit, but you can add whatever syrup you desire!
