A PINK & RED BIRTHDAY PARTY

Monday, January 21, 2013

Birthday party for Miss Emma was lots of fun and a big success!  Everyone loved the food and had fun!  I'm exhausted but it was all worth it!  Enjoy a few pictures from Emma's 1st Birthday! The theme was red / pink hearts & polka dots!  I sorta lucked out with Valentine's Day since pink red and heart printed stuff is everywhere! We have tons of leftover food & it's really not helping my New Years back to healthy eating diet much.  I made cupcakes for the first time in my life & it was pretty easy!  I made them with butter-cream frosting, and my husband loved them!  I really enjoyed decorating them too!  Can't wait to do it with Emma some day.     Today is another big day for us, Emma has her 12 month checkup and we get to find out what she weighs / height.   She's been around the 5% since 4 months old, so hopefully she didn't slip.  But looking at her I think we'll be OK, she looks healthy!   She is also getting shots this morning, which just breaks my heart.    She's not too bad with them but still it hurts to see my baby cry.  Those big crocodile tears!  I promise I'll stop bombarding you guys with baby pictures for a while now, but in the meantime enjoy these.

  2. Fabulous pictures Tunde. I love how you still have your Christmas Tree up. I miss ours. We had to take it down right after new years as it was dying. I'm so glad your daughter's first birthday was such a success.
